Overall :

Rick Ross has come a long ways from his Trilla days. He seems to be taking a more chilled out role in the rap game and choosing to create more R&B jams than ever before. With last years “Deeper than Rap” on his belt there was incredible pressure to come out even stronger this time around and he does not disappoint. While the album may have slight speed bumps towards the tail of the album, it does not take away a single ounce of glory from the fantastic productions within and a more lyrically matured Ross.

Overall :

While the highs in this LP may be quite wonderful they can not compensate for much of the unnecessary filler throughout . I was expecting a more fine tuned album from this Canadian born rapper. It seems to me that too many had their hands in the creation of this album and didn’t let the artist himself do what he truly wanted to do. Saying this I still recommend giving this a listen for the Timbo and West productions.
